Heather Waymouth
Heather Waymouth — known artistically as Hey Way— is a Los Angeles–based abstract painter whose work explores the relationship between emotion, nature, and light. Drawing inspiration from desert landscapes and coastal sunsets, her paintings translate movement and energy into layered color and texture.
Rooted in Impressionism, she paints not what’s seen, but what’s felt — the memory of a moment, the warmth of sun on skin, the calm after the storm. Each piece invites viewers to slow down and feel. It’s not just to see color, but to also experience the emotion behind it. In a world of polish and perfection, her work stands out for its raw honesty, warmth, and movement — an unapologetic celebration of being human.
Collectors and designers are drawn to her ability to create art that transforms a space’s energy while remaining deeply personal.
Hey Way’s art has been featured in galleries such as Blue Space and Hermosa Fine Arts Gallery. She has also shown her work at Venicefest, Hermosa Fine Arts Festival and Beverly Hills Art Show.
